Dear Sir,

I agree. I tried a lemon and maple syrup detox. It was way too harsh. What I find most useful is going to a proper detox center. At home there are too many distractions. I've tried a number of hme detoxes with varying success. Blessed Herbs, Arise & Shine etc. They are good products the problem has been my discipline. The best experience I've enjoyed the most was at Atmanjai in Thailand. They have good programs and great location but teh best thing was the manner in which they support and coach everyone. I recommend them highly. You can see them at www.atmanjai.com. I did the Master program which was a full-on experience. The benefits have been lasting and I've maintained a number of good new habits and made some very positive changes. Regards, John.
